Very spacious condo located on 2 floors, ie on the 1st floor and garden level of a 3-floor building (total: 4 condos; one on each floor (and therefore with no neighbors on the sides)).

Located in Montreal-Nord, not far from Boul. Gouin. In the surrounding area, you have several bicycle paths (on the water's edge), public transport services by bus, large parks, primary and secondary schools as well as various shops (pharmacy, grocery stores, banks)!
