Nice revenue property 8-plex. All the apartments are 4 1/2 and are well mantained. Lots of repairs were made in the last year. Painted, floor sanded and ceramic, plaming electric panels got changed recently, water tank was changed in 2012. Main aqueduct was changed in 2013. Addition of a bi-energy system in 2016.

Close to all the services : cegep,  shopping centers,  schools, daycares,  hospital, train and bus.

Perfect for family , we have many parks around.
