Owners’ comments
Beautiful large house on one level, no stairs, in a very sought after area at Pierrefonds Centre-West. Isolated house, perfectly clean, smoke-free, very sunny, 4 bedrooms on one level, 2 separate entrances, large windows (natural ligth for 4 sides). Parking for 5 cars: driveway for 4 cars + 1 carport . The carport is attached, with 2 closed sides + 1 removable side (to use as needed, in the winter). Large kitchen with lots of cupboards for good storage. Roof refurbished (2019) including new attic insulation, bill and transferable warranty. Beautiful French door between the living room and the dining room. 2 patio doors, one leads to the large terrace with gazebo, and the other door direct access to the courtyard.
Friendly, quiet, very safe neighborhood, a real oasis of greenery and calm. Neighborhood surrounded by beautiful, well-maintained houses and good neighbors. The whole area is on high ground, beautiful panoramic view of the illuminated towers of the church.
The house has no basement, it is rather an unfinished crawl space (-6 ft.). The crawl space could be used to store your things (the size is that of the whole house).
