Well located, close to services. Nicely decorated (3 bedroom + 2 full baths) attached property, located on a intimate street close to Pierrefonds Boulevard and its amenities (bus stop, stores, waterfront...). The home has been renovated in part (full bathroom in basement) and has a nice private backyard...

-All electrical redone in 2006 ( digital thermostats / all baseboards heaters / electrical panel 200AMPS)

-Insulation in attic replaced in 2004 

-New frontage aluminium 2008 gutter soffit facia 

-New doors interior and exterior (front door 2006 / French door 2006 / garage door 2006. 

-All new PVC Windows 2001

-Kitchen completely renovated 2004 (Natural maple cabinets, ceramic counter tops, double sink and ceramic flooring)

-Powder room redone in 2003 (Ceramic flooring, new toilet and new sink.
