Nice turnkey apartment, very well lit and airy located on the top floor. Beautiful view of the park near a wooded area and bike paths. Private rear outdoor parking and storage space in the half basement. 

Building renovations: Front door changed in 2018 and all windows changed in 2019-2020, front balconies and ramps redone in 2018 and rear balconies changed in 2017, roof redone in 2013. The rear door will be changed in June 2020.

Interior renovations: Kitchen floors and countertops changed in 2012, Bathroom renovated in 2019. Wall-mounted air conditioning in living room changed in 2019. Painting of the dwelling redone in 2019. No future repairs to be done.

Non-smoking building 

You will be enchanted by the peaceful area near primary and secondary schools, the train station as well as many shops and services (IGA, Metro, pharmacy, convenience store, gas station). A great place to live.
