Nice condominium on 2 floors (loft style) located very close to services, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 1 minute from several bus stops. Indoor garage (parking) in the basement. Huge room with balcony. Very recent window and patio door and several small improvements/finishes have been made recently. Monthly and mortgage fees are comparable to renting an apartment.
