Superb waterfront unobstructed view of the St. Lawrence River.  Large bi-level condo with "verriere" and electric fireplace. 

Located within 300 meters from a bus stop providing express service to/from downtown (generally within 1 hour) at rush hour.

Main bedroom with walk-in and balcony.

Locker in the condo as well as in the basement.

New cabinetry above the washer/dryer in 2017.

Interior private garage and heated.  Garage door opener newly replaced.

The kitchen was completely renovated in 2017 and includes all the appliances.  It has heated floors and a quartz countertop with double sink.

The bathroom was completely renovated with a new bath, shower enclosure, vanity with quartz countertop, pharmacy, heated floors, and quiet ventilation.

  • Water heater replaced in 2017.
  • Roof replaced in 2018.
  • Alarm system installed in the common areas in 2019.
