RARE IN THE MARKET!! Spacious and sunny condo, completely renovated in 2020: the kitchen, the 2 bathrooms, the patio door, all the windows, the electric baseboards, the water heater: all new! The living room and dining room are an open area. There are 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a large walk-in and a dedicated bathroom (w/ceramic tile shower), the 2nd large bathroom (w/bath/shower) has a space for washing machine and dryer with storage space above. There's a large locker at the entrance, a fireplace (non-functional), as well as a large balcony at the front. The roof was made 3-5 years ago.
