Magnificent all brick detached cottage (turnkey solution) 24' x 32' with garage at street level. Front entrance and driveway finished with pavers (stone bricks). Close to parks, arena, pools, library, grocery, pharmacy, primary and secondary schools, as well as metro, buses and train.
First floor open space completely renovated with high quality materials. Fresh updated paint. Lots of stocking spaces. Kitchen entirely remodeled with wooden cabinets very spacious and over the range microwave included. Granite countertop.
