Renovated cottage. Peaceful area close to river. No backyard neighbors, detached from side neighbors. kitchen completely redone in 2010,basement redone in 2018. Electrical box added and electrical wires replaced in 2015. Wood floors re-varnished in 2010. Main floor freshly painted. Very big master bedroom. Both bedrooms have big closets and a lot of storage shelves. Possibility of a 3rd bedroom on main floor or office/work room. 15' pool with heater. Landscaping was done 2017/2018. Large cabanon for storage. Long driveway fits 2 cars. Central heat and A/C. Lennox thermopump and furnace replaced in September 2014.
