Beautiful house, fully renovated, with a beautiful backyard. Located next to the Jean-Talon subway station.
Renovations made:
It is also permitted, according to the Rosemont Petite-Patrie townhouse, to add a second floor to create a house on two floors, a duplex, or a triplex (always on two floors). A fourth apartment may also be possible by digging a basement.
The outdooring-style backyard has been fully furnished in 2013 with "dining room", bar area and outdoor lounge. No lane at the back so the yard is deeper with mature trees. Very calm.

A visit (and a cocktail on the porch) is required!
