Visits by appointments only.

Magnificent and spacious condo with a lot of character:  original oak moldings, numerous French doors with glass, brick walls and high ceilings (9.5 feet). Hardwood floors.

All services close by: grocery store, drugstore, SAQ, bookstores, restaurants and other nice shops on the Plaza St-Hubert.  7 minutes walk to both Rosemont and Beaubien metro stations.   Bixi station 30 seconds away.  Walking score: 88 and Biking score 100.

3 rooms + a workspace.  Wide corridor.  Large and brightly lit living room.  Large kitchen renovated in 2010 with granite counter with area. Large bathroom completely was redone in 2018 with an independent bath, ceramic shower and ceramic heated floor.   

White roof redone in 2017 and living room windows changed in2015.

Beautiful all-seasons heated solarium with windows all around makes you feel you're outside on a summer day and that can be used all year-round

Veranda adjacent to the kitchen. Many wardrobes and other storage spaces in the condo + a large locker in the basement.
