Recently praised as « the best neighborhood in Montreal », the Angus area of old Rosemont fully deserves its great reputation. Within a walking radius of just 10-15 minutes, this condo enjoys easy access to multiple shops, a wide range of health services, several educational facilities, as well as a broad range of other services and more than a dozen great restaurants. The immediate area is also host to a growing list of dynamic, modern enterprises. No need of a car either to take advantage of the two nearby parks with their tennis courts, playgrounds, water amusement facilities, picnic tables, public pool, outdoor skating rink, baseball diamonds, toboggan slopes, and dog park.

And we haven't yet mentioned the other nearby attractions like the Botanical Gardens, the Olympic and Saputo stadiums, the Biodome, Maisonneuve Park, etc.

One of the criteria of a great neighborhood is the ease with which you can connect with the rest of the city. And indeed the Angus sector has no lack of handy options.
