Beautiful, sunny, perfectly maintained condo in U31, located in Shop Angus (Rosemont), an 8-minute walk from Préfontaine metro.
The condo is well soundproofed and features high ceilings and large windows in the living room and bedroom. The living space is airy and bright. The private balcony allows you to watch the downtown skyline and fireworks.
This wonderful condo comes with light fixtures, curtains, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, as well as one bike rack and storage space in the basement. Recycling, composting and garbage bin in the basement.
Enjoy a pool, gym, spa, sauna and breathtaking views of downtown and Mount Royal from the shared rooftop terrace. BBQs are also available in the summer.
Building U31 is located close to all services for a modern lifestyle.
