Beautiful turnkey condo in Rosemont-Petite-Patrie. 

The 1927 condo with almost 10' ceilings and its original concrete walls offers comfort and a unique character.

A large closed bedroom, equipped with a large fitted wardrobe, a spacious living room with its office space, a fully equipped functional kitchen where is hidden the washer and dryer, a contemporary bathroom, a 725p2 basement accessible from the interior with possible landscaping, a wooden terrace in the back to enjoy the beautiful days.

Two essential points in this condo: tranquility and comfort summer and winter. During the renovations, the greatest possible acoustic and thermal insulation (walls, doors and windows) was achieved. 

In 2014, the condo was renovated, floor to ceiling, with a lot of care and quality materials. In 2020, all the balconies and the front ironwork as well as the rear balconies were changed; all the glazed entrance doors are ordered (change planned this autumn).

Very well located in the heart of Montreal, the condo is close to all services and a few steps from the commercial streets Laurier, Masson and Beaubien.

Included: 6 electros, blinds, 42" flat screen TV, connected alarm and all luminaires.
