Exclusive use of your own terrace (14' x 6') where you are welcomed to install your own BBQ. 

Indoor parking, 2 storage spaces in the basement including a 3' x 3' in common area and a spacious 4' x 6' private concrete locker adjacent to the parking space.

Excellent soundproofing due to concrete structure, quad layer of gypsum between units, all windows have double pane of glass and multiple anchor mecanism, the door to the inside is made of steel.
