Beautiful condo located on a peaceful street in front of Etienne-Desmarteau park. Magnificent corner unit with beautiful natural lighting. Large private balcony overlooking a quiet backyard with mature trees.
Open concept condo, soundproofing concrete floors, and lots of storage. The unit includes two large bedrooms, one with a large walk-in closet. Parking space and storage in the garage. 2001 construction well maintained, with an elevator.
Beautiful renovated bathroom (2020) with heated floor, freestanding bath, ceramic shower, and a vanity with quartz countertop.
The windows were changed in 2017, the air conditioning system was replaced in the spring of 2019 and the hot water tank was changed in the summer of 2019 by Hydro-Solutions. Several improvements over the years.
