Very nice 1920's house with large decorative cornice in front and a large courtyard with lots of vegetation.
Full occupancy of both units by owners. No lease, you have the choice to live or rent one of the homes at the price that suits you.

The house is on a quiet, wooded street, the street and sidewalks have been redone in 2016. 9'4 "ceiling. The rear yard gives access to a safe lane with no apparent neighbors.
