Two large bedrooms or offices with wardrobes complete the second floor. 3rd floor consists of a large mezzanine that serves as a bedroom, walk-in closet with an outdoor patio. Backyard of 14' x 20', grassed and includes a small 14' x 6' patio. On the street level, the house has private asphalt entrance. -- Roof has been redone about 4 years ago.
