Grand triplex, in a sought-after neighborhood. Revenue building, well maintained and renovated over the years, third owner (occupied for 30 years) since its construction.

The triplex located on the west side (in the sun) and near several amenities such as: the large Étienne-Desmarteaux park, Ste-Bernadette park, de la Louisiane park and 1.4 km from Maisonneuve park.  Less than 2 km from Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital, the Heart Institute and the EPIC Centre.
