This triplex, located in one of Montreal's most sought-after neighborhoods, is an excellent investment whatever your goals. 

Only a 7-minute walk from Marché Jean-Talon, close to schools, daycare centres and the stores and restaurants on St-Zotique and Beaubien streets, this area is lively, friendly and peaceful.

 

A 5-minute walk from Beaubien metro station and 10-minute walk from Jean-Talon metro station, everything is close by.

 

All units are rented with one year leases beginning July 1st (Dec. 1 for 6615). Two parking lots are available to tenants: one assigned to 6613 (ground level floor) and the other to 6615 (1 BR with photos).
