Condo situated on the first floor with a dining room and a living room. Lots of luminosity. 2 bedrooms. A washing machine and a drying machine next to the only bathroom. 1 interior parking place as well as a locker in the basement. There is an elevator within the building and there is a park for kids and a bicycle path behind the building.

This condo close to all services like public transport, the train station Bois-Franc and the 15/13/40 highways.

A tenant is living in the condo. He is looking for a new condo and should leave by June 30 is everything goes normally.
