Outdoor swimming pool, magnificent terrace including bbq area, garden furniture and sun loungers. The condominium also offers a gym, jacuzzi, sauna and reception room with a kitchenette. Several visitor parking lots available, outdoor parking also available for long periods. Building and common areas maintained with great care by the co-owners. Very well administered by Gestion Immoplex, there is also a resident concierge. Several extras, curtains in the bedroom and wooden blinds in the other rooms, Convectair in the bathroom, central air conditioning including central ventilation, central vacuum, washer-dryer, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garburator are included.
