HUGE bedroom with walk-in closet on third floor. Washroom on every floor. Double garage in the basement and free street parking space right outside. Located on a quiet street within walking distance from services, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. New high-performance heat pump installed in May 2020. Roof replaced in 2014. Hot water tank replaced in 2015. Fireplace on the third floor, however, not functional due to the new regulations of the city of Montreal. The chimney has been capped for insurance purposes. This lovely townhouse benefits from a private terrace at the front where you can put a BBQ and patio set. Nearby is the St. Laurent Sports Complex along with several parks with ponds, playgrounds and bike paths to take full advantage of the outdoors. We welcome visits by appointment.
