New high-performance heat pump installed in May 2020. Roof replaced in 2014. Hot water tank replaced in 2015. Please take note that the fireplace is not functional due to the new regulations of the city of Montreal.  The chimney has been cap for insurance purposes.  Visits will be on weekend only by appointment.
