Superb townhouse with open concept ground floor with a large morning sunlit balcony. Located in the heart of Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue close to various amenities: schools (John Abbott College, McGill Campus), parks, restaurants, groceries (including a nice outdoor market) swimming pool and library, public transportation (4-minute walk to the EXO train station and at about 4 km from the future REM station). Beautiful environment for running and cycling, near bike paths, locks and water (not in flood zone). Also near Highways 20 and 40. Excellent choice for those who want tranquility without having to cross bridges.
