Elegant and spacious open concept condo in excellent condition on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no neighbors upstairs, private parking, located between the metro station de l'Église (5 minutes walking distance) and the Verdun urban beach + the most beautiful Montreal bike path + Verdun auditorium (shows and free ice skating in winter) + Verdun hospital + daycare Mon Petit Monde and CPE Les Trottinettes:

  • Very beautiful and large kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, granite counter and island (completely renovated in 2010)
  • Superb Andalusian-inspired master bathroom completely renovated in 2019
  • 3 bedrooms (3rd floor)
  • Open concept spacious kitchen/dining/living room (2nd floor)
  • Spacious balcony with enough room for a BBQ and table for 6
  • Parquet floors in the bedrooms, living room, and dining room
