Beautiful duplex in magnificient and calm area
Our duplex is very close to the river, the wharf, the outdoor swimming pool, bike paths, parks and tennis courts. In fact all of these can be reached in just 2-5 minutes of walking. Named the 11th coolest district in the world, you will therefore be very close to the beautiful and friendly Wellington Street which will offer you many restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries and many other pretty places (including our excellent Indian restaurant and our cheese shop. favorite). And access to the city center is in 10 minutes and to the main highways in 3-4 minutes.
Regarding the duplex, we have renovated the ground floor over the past 5 years to give it a nice warm aspect where life is good (Possible rent: $ 1900 / month).
For its part, the basement (which can be entered through a private door at the back) was renovated in 2018. It can now be used as a 2nd living room (it is not possible to sit in front of the gas fireplace in winter. to be neglected!), or serve as an entire apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom in addition to its beautiful open area (Possible rent: $ 1,500 / month).
