- Finished basement (2014-2016); - Renovated kitchen in both apartments (2012 ground floor, 2017 2nd); - Renovated bathroom on the ground floor (2012); - Total rents of $ 2,850 / month or $ 34,200 / year - Ground floor accommodation: on two levels, 3xbedrooms, 2xliving rooms, rent $ 1930 per month; - Rent of the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, rent $ 920 per month. - Backyard, terrace space, shed (2014) and it is also possible to make a parking space; - Front windows (2017); - Front balcony on the ground floor (2017); - Front exterior ramps (2017); - Interior ramp (2018); - Roof maintenance (2019). A visit to the ground floor will be possible upon presentation of a mortgage pre-approval and by appointment only. The ground floor accommodation would be available to the buyer towards the end of January 2021. A visit to the 2nd floor will be possible with an accepted offer to purchase. Mortgage financing will have to be made with the National Bank of Canada (mortgage transfer). The age of the roof is not known, it has been estimated by a certified contractor to be around 10 years old. Maintenance work was carried out in November 2019 by a certified contractor in November 2019, and he estimated its lifespan to be five years.
