Conversion to residential optional (for buyer to process). Possibility for other commercial uses though restrictions apply, space cannot be used for bar, disco, restaurant or grocery store.  (exception would be for use as a café without cooking or frying). Due to situation restrictions apply that forbid the use of the space for activities that generate any excessive noise, strong odors or waste build up that would cause nuisance to the residents of the building.
