Beautiful bright condo in Ville-Marie near the urban life of downtown. Do not worry about searching for parking or for snow removal, you have an indoor garage. Do you prefer public transit? You are just minutes away from Frontenac and Papineau metro stations where you will find several other services such as the library, recreation center Jean-Claude Malépart, restaurants, and supermarkets. 

Back to your condo, just a few stairs down and you will be in your welcoming entrance with the convenience of a coat wardrobe.

A nice open living room with a fireplace and a patio door leading to a balcony, then followed with the kitchen with more cabinet space than you need. Before heading to the master bedroom, you will find a laundry closet for washer and dryer machines. Just a bit further to your right, a large storage space is available and then a bedroom that can also serve as an office, it also comes with a large closet. To your left is the bathroom with a large tub and a separate shower. The master bedroom has a large surface area and a wardrobe that covers the length of the wall.
