Renovated 919 sq.ft condo of two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, on two (2) floorswith garage and no rear neighbor. Immediate occupation as I moved to a private seniors' residence. Major major renovations: the floors are interchanged: the living room and kitchen are now on the 1st floor instead of being in the half-basement, and the two bedrooms are now in the semi-basement instead of being on the 1st floor, with the addition of a full bathroom and a brand new kitchen and cabinets.

Parquetry floors in the living room and ceramic tiles in the entrance, bathroom and open concept kitchen with central island (located on the 1st floor). The semi-basement consists of a large master bedroom, a smaller bedroom or storage room, a full bathroom as well as a large space for computer desk.

Lots of storage space. The new kitchen cabinets are made of white melamine enhanced by wooden handles. In the bathroom on the 1st floor there is a washer-dryer location. Since the master bedroom is now in the semi-basement, it's much cooler to sleep there in the summer, so no air conditioner is needed. Two existing ceiling fans and a few standing fans are enough.

Quiet place, without truck or automobile noise at night. The bus drops us right in front of the building. Near schools, daycare centres, opposite Notre-Dame Hospital, Lafontaine Park, other parks (including the Faubourgs, hospital, etc.), Pharmaprix pharmacy, a restaurant (Dame Tartine), Moussette hardware, etc. A dream place to sleep in peace! Neighbors concerned about your safety and well-being. Happiness guaranteed! Small family of eight condos.
