Panoramic view of Old Montreal (including Notre-Dame Basilica and the historic Aldred Building, our small version of New York's Empire State building), visible from everywhere in the condo.

Excellent privacy with no building across.

Abundant natural light throughout the day. Windows face South-East.

Private balcony throughout the whole length of the condo with a view of Old Montreal.

Huge common rooftop terrace offering spectacular views of Montreal and its surroundings.  Flowers and plants, outdoor furniture, and barbecue on the terrace.  Ideal to invite friends and family.  You can also admire the fireworks in the summer.  The terrace is seldom used by the other occupants of the building, the majority of whom are retired.

The condo originally had a second bedroom. The division was removed to enlarge the open concept living room/dining room. The division can easily be restored if a second bedroom is desired.  The door and closet of this second bedroom are still in place.

Very well maintained, has never been rented, and has only had two owners since it was built in 1985.

The best-kept secret in Montreal:

One of the nicest streets downtown, with lots of greenery in front of the building.

Immediate proximity to Place d'Armes metro station (orange line), and also close to Place des Arts metro station (green line).

Across the street, access the superb garden of Guy Favreau Complex (landscaping, a large fountain, and tables with parasols). A quiet oasis of greenery where you can observe and listen to the birds.

Desjardins complex around the corner (IGA grocery store, Jean Coutu, SAQ, gym, numerous shops and restaurants situated around its spectacular fountain).

Chinatown's charming pedestrian street a few steps away (De la Gauchetière St.)

Old Montreal is at your feet, with its many restaurants, cafés, art galleries, boutiques, and the Old Port's attractions.
