Magnificent well divided and bright condo near all services.  Front and rear patio doors bring in lots of light with access to a large 4'x14 'balcony which is a real haven of peace overlooking a well-appointed interior courtyard with plants and trees.

Located near all: IGA, SAQ, Caisses, Bank, CHUM (hospital) services. 2 min walk from Ste-Catherine, 2 min walk from old Montreal, 5 mins walk from Berri-Uqam metro and Beaudry metro. Very close to the entrance to highway 720. On a very quiet street.
