Warm and with all the services you dream of !! Everything is at your fingertips, lots of translation options.
Problems you could potentially encounter:
Be careful, living in this condo would involve dilemmas to be resolved. Friday evening, little book in hand, sitting on your lounge chair and this breathtaking view of Montreal. Are you going to welcome your friends to a little barbecue? Are you going out to see a show at the Place des Arts? Perhaps you are ready to go have a drink at Furco, take a stroll in the Old Port, or have a picnic in the park at the foot of Mont-Royal? The choices are many and all tempting. The undecided, beware!
Sports hall:
6 am, you are climbing this climbing wall, you turn your head and see Montreal rise peacefully at your feet. After this sports session, a small meditation session with a panoramic view of all the iconic monuments. The feeling of gratitude comes much more easily when you are perched on the 28th floor!
Lobby, piano bar and games room:
It's hard not to feel pampered with the welcome and impeccable service of the 24-hour concierge team.
One of my favorite moments is when I walk into the building and a neighbor is playing the piano (I was lucky I didn't run into people who couldn't play!)
The room I used the most is the games room. You don't need to reserve it unless you have an event planned and you would like to have it for you and your group only (reservation free). This room is a fully equipped loft (kitchen, oven, microwave, popcorn machine, billiards, table football, living room with TV, toilets...). A perfect place to hang out with your guests on a winter evening!
Around the building:
If you like to move around then this building is not for you! Everything is at your fingertips! Provigo, Jean Coutu (open 24 hours a day), Provi-Soir, Place-des-Arts metro station, symphony orchestra... are all within a 5-minute walk.
You would have guessed by now that if I had been able, I would have stayed in this condo for a few more years...
