Large New York style loft, very unique in Montreal. Especially airy: built in length on almost 100 feet including the superb intimate terrace, a ceiling of 9 feet and several details of configuration give the whole a sensation of vastness greater than an ordinary condo or penthouse of the same size.

Ideal if you are looking for a very central district with plenty of action and activities, but peaceful and safe. A sector both touristic and blessed with a rich neighborhood around McGill & St-Paul streets, with their high-end shops and boutiques. This exceptional location makes it one of the best possible investments in Montreal.

  • One of the only four-story condo buildings in this neighborhood, much more intimate than the hotel-style condo towers. Located right in the middle of the West sector of Old Montreal, Griffintown, the Square-Victoria business district, and the river, more precisely in the Cité du Multimédia. Exceptionally quiet street, judiciously away from the tourist hubbub and bars of the eastern sector of Old Montreal but close enough to walk in minutes.
  • Unit ideally located on the 2nd floor in the building, set back from the street level but easily accessible (staircase, no elevator). Without surprise, this loft is ideal for a couple of epicureans or young professionals working in the area ... and who like to invite many friends to eat, drink and celebrate. It's a paradise for restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries, Old Montreal venues to visit, with the Bell Center and the Quartier des Spectacles within walking distance, not to mention the Casino. It is also close to the water and a superb bike/jogging path along the Lachine Canal to the Atwater Market. There are bakeries, pharmacies, two large grocery stores and a Costco within 5 minutes. All with highways 10 and 720 just a few blocks away, to easily bypass downtown traffic ... Without a doubt one of the most interesting areas of Montreal!
