With its 9-foot ceilings, blond hardwood floors, recessed light fixtures, superior soundproofing and large windows, this charming condo offers a chic and urban ambiance that is most pleasant. Rare unit with a balcony, the windows facing south-east overlook a pedestrian crossing thus providing a very peaceful atmosphere and privacy with its leafy trees.
