The unit is situated on a quiet road close to Berry Street, avoiding the noise of downtown. Built in 2013 and repainted in 2020. Open space, large comfortable bathroom, large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony facing the condominium's small park, very quiet space. The double entrance with a combination locking door provides a quiet and secure environment. Good soundproofing to avoid disturbances between neighbors.
