The apartment of 79 square-meter (850.35 ft²) consists of two closed bedrooms including large wardrobes, a balcony, a kitchen opens to the dining room, a large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. It also contains a washer (2018) and a dryer, the bathroom ceramic was redone in 2019, the water-heater changed in 2017. Large storage included.
