Very nice condo (3 1/2) located on the 2nd floor. Construction 2010, modern. Large bedroom with custom walk-In including more than 5 wardrobes. 6 appliances included. Laundry room with sliding door, allowing storage. 

Wall-mounted air conditioning unit with remote control included. Private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Bike station on the ground floor with a private entrance to the courtyard.
