Live in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles! Modern condo having undergone numerous improvements through the years making it unique within the Louis Bohème project! 

- The kitchen was completely redone with the addition of an island with storage, lighting and space to seat 4. Granite counters, stainless steel backsplash and tiled floor

- The bathroom was redone with floor to ceiling tiling, Decotec wall mounted vanity, faucets and an additional circuit that provides lighting for the vanity

- The closet space was optimized through the addition of storage, and an additional electrical circuit to provide lighting. Finally it has an opaque red glass sliding door
