The condo has 2 bedrooms.One bedroom is being used as an office with a retractable bed in a wall unit ( murffy bed ).The wood floors and granite counters in the Kitchen and bathroom,with a ceramic shower,are all first-class materials uesd in this condo.You will also find a lot of storing space,with one in the interior garage .This condo is also equipped with a new heat/AC pump.

Near a few metro Stations ,(Lucien Lallier ,Georges Vanier, Lionel Groux )and many bus lines ,It is also accessible from many main  higways ( 720-10-and 15- ,Champlain and Victiria bridges)

This buiding is well maintained with a good reserve. Roof ( 2008) and windows ( 2016)  have been redonne.
