Corner unit on the top floor, in the ideal location (Ville-Marie borough) to access downtown, highways (720 and Jacques-Cartier bridge) and bike paths. 6 minutes walk from Papineau metro, supermarket and pharmacies. Bixi station at the corner of the street.

Lots of storage, well appointed, impeccable finish and well maintained.

Very well soundproofed. Concrete structure.

All the ceilings (height 8'5'') are finished in white, which adds to the brightness (large windows in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms).

Large balcony with south-east orientation.

A wardrobe in the entrance, and the laundry room in a closed space, do not appear in the photos.

Inclusions: dishwasher, microwave / hood, light fixtures, living room wall unit, air conditioning, installation for central vacuum, private storage space and parking in the basement.

The shared roof terrace offers a 360 degree view. View of the fireworks.
