Can easily be transformed into a 5 1/2 (see a future plan option in photo).

Includes 1 private outdoor parking space (and access to visitor parking), 2 lockers (1 in the garage and 1 in the same hallway as the condo), walk-in closet in bedroom 2, large closet in bedroom 1 and small laundry room. Large windows with nice brightness.

15 minute walk to metro Sherbrooke (orange line) and Papineau (green line), and frequent buses on Papineau, Sherbrooke and Ontario. Communauto station across the street.

Large kitchen with great transformation possibilities (plans for the transformation of the kitchen had already been made, if interested). New granite sink, new faucet and new countertop.

Secure building with intercom at the entrance. Elevator in the building. Terrace on the roof. Small gym and common room in the building.

The large wooden cabinet and the library in the living room are included. Possibility to include appliances and furniture, if interested. A new bathtub and a new shower column had been bought, possibility to leave them.

Conditions of purchase
