Corner unit located on the top floor (Hutchison Street side) with a large bedroom, spacious enough to accommodate a work desk.

Ideal location. Literally across the street from Parc metro station and the train station. 5min from highways 40 and 15, as well as the Marché Central and Rockland Center. Quick access to downtown and the Place des Festivals via a direct bus line.

Many shops and attractions within walking distance: Little Italy, Jean-Talon Market, Jarry Park, De Castelnau Street, the new University of Montreal's Science Complex (MIL Campus), swimming pools, library, grocery store and CLSC.

Quiet building. Short term rentals (Airbnb) prohibited.

No smoking. Hardwood floors, washer-dryer and dishwasher entrance, balcony, private storage space in the basement.
