Three-bedroom condo on the 2nd floor, with two full bathrooms, open space kitchen and living room. An interior parking spot with a rapid charge EV hookup is also included. The parking spot can be easily rented if needed. There's also a balcony to enjoy a coffee with no building across the street.

Corner unit with a high 10-foot ceiling. Concrete building, soundproof, south-west orientation with lots of sun and light. Big windows and lots of storage space.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed: Air Conditioning, central vacuum, air to air exchanger, and there's also an elevator in the building.

The building is well maintained, low condo fees, well managed, and really nice neighbors.  

Youll be at a less than 10 minutes walk from:

-       Metro (Castelnau/blue line a 3 minutes walk and Jean-Talon/orange line 10 minutes walk)
