The condo was completely repainted in the summer and has had some nice additions since the purchase:
The master bedroom is a little reclusive, allowing more privacy, and has a large walk-in closet as well as its own bathroom.
Air Conditioning unit for those long heatwaves in the summer!
The large terrace and the green alley which it connects to (closed to all traffic), allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the children to play in complete safety. Moreover, there are many families with young children in the building! It is also very quiet!
