The floor of the main room is made of engineered wood floor and has a 7.1 home entertainement system included in the sale.

The last room at the back towards Berri Street was used for storage of working tools and equipment.

The 2 other rooms may be used as bedrooms or offices. There is plenty of storage space.  

The back part of the basement was originally a kitchen with a sink but was used by us as a workshop. Besides, there is a laundry room with 5 water heaters and a large sink. 

The asphalt back yard has a vineyard which covers a big part of it. This could easily be converted into a parking space.
