Owners’ comments
Beautiful semi-detached home located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Aylmer. No backyard neighbours and located on a street that has very little traffic. There is a park situated two houses down from this home. This lovely home is close to a shopping center, grocery stores, pharmacies, public transportation as well as 7 minutes from the Champlain Bridge (access to Ottawa).
You will find many extras in this home (alarm system, central vaccuum, big backyard, etc.) Built in 2006 by " Les Habitations Bouladiers", this semi-detached home is in pristine condition. The basement is fully renovated with a complete second bathroom and a "walk out" on to the backyard, no carpets on the second level. Central a/c was installed in 2016.
