Owners’ comments
Time for visits on Saturday June 13th and Sunday June 14th are complete. If necessary, I will post other dates on Monday June 15th.
Cottage build on a mountain of 1.9 acres of wooded land. Splendid view on the Blue Sea creek, 60 feet wide. Notarised access to the water where, by canoe (included in the sale) or kayak you can paddle 1km to beautiful Blue Sea Lake.
32 feet screened veranda, surrounded by decks in front and side of the cottage, where you would enjoy this incredible view while cooking bbq (included).
Quiet place with one neighbour. Aside from the main cottage, there is also a small insulated, cottage, for guests or children.
An older handy workshop, a large woodshed and a storage smaller building where you could raise chicken if you wish. Badmington course on earth.
Mature mixed forest. Garden raspberries and wild strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries grow on the land. Walking trails let you enjoy this place while cutting time on lawn mowing.
The village is 1km away, with a grocery store, post office and animated cultural center where there are vernissage, art exhibits, gourmet meals and singers under the big gazebo all Summer long.
Being a 70 year old cottage, there are a number of renovations to be made in a near future. A person with qualities of a handyman/handywoman would appreciate this older cottage. I have not been able to get the water pump running this year. So the water will have to be hauled from the river and the potable water from the village. The price has been reduced to reflect that new reality.
